Neil came to give an estimate on a metal roof, because our roof was leaking..while on the roof, he found 3 holes! Climbed down, went to truck, got caulking gun, returned and caulked the holes!
It finally rained and our roof did not leak!!
Needless to say, he saved us a lot of money..By the way, 3 other roofers came and gave us estimates.
